New Jersey·Title 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
3.A person who knowingly obtains or discloses personal information from a motor vehicle record for any use not permitted under section 2 of P.L.1997, c.188 (C.39:2-3.4) is guilty of a crime of the fourth degree. L.1997,c.188,s.3.
