§ 38A:3-17 — Council members entitled to reimbursement
New Jersey·Title 38A MILITARY AND VETERANS LAW
3.All members of the council shall serve without compensation, but they shall be entitled to be reimbursed for all necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties. L.1992,c.86,s.3.
