§ 38A:10-9 — Reporter and witness fees
New Jersey·Title 38A MILITARY AND VETERANS LAW
Any witness subpoenaed to appear before any military court shall receive the same fees as are provided by law for witnesses appearing in a civil court. The reporter of any court shall be paid for stenographic services the same fees as are provided by law for similar services in civil courts. L.1963, c. 109.
