Text
No action or proceedings for damages shall be prosecuted or maintained against a member of a military court, or persons acting under its authority or reviewing its proceedings on account of the approval, or imposition or collection of any fine or other penalty, or the execution of any warrant, writ or other process of a military court. L.1963, c. 109.
