§ 38A:10-1 — Persons subject
New Jersey·Title 38A MILITARY AND VETERANS LAW
All members of the organized militia, and all other persons lawfully called, ordered or drafted for duty in the organized militia from the dates they are required by the terms of the call, order or other directive to obey the same, are subject to this chapter. L.1963, c. 109.
