§ 38A:1-6 — Federal regulations to govern
New Jersey·Title 38A MILITARY AND VETERANS LAW
Federal laws and regulations, forms, precedents and usages relating to and governing the armed forces of the United States and the militia shall, insofar as the same are applicable and not inconsistent with the constitution of this State, apply to and govern the military forces of this State. L.1963, c. 109.
