36:1-3. Sales of real and personal property on designated holidays. Any sale of real or personal property made by any public officer, or by any citizen of this State, on any designated holiday, shall be as valid as though such sale was made on any other day of the week on which it is lawful to sell and transfer real or personal property. Amended 1988,c.34,s.2.
