36:1-2. Transaction of business on holidays. Any person or corporation, including without limitation a bank, trust company, banking institution and savings and loan association, may transact either private or public business in this State on any designated holiday, in the same manner as on any other day of the week on which it is lawful to transact such business. Amended 1988,c.34,s.1.
