§ 34:7-9 — Service of process
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
34:7-9. Any process under the provisions of this article shall be served by the commissioner or a member of the engineers' and firemen's license bureau or by any officer authorized to serve process in the Superior Court, Law Division, Special Civil Part, or municipal courts. Amended 1953,c.33,s.20; 1991,c.91,s.351.
