34:7-23. No steam boiler, pressure vessel or refrigeration system shall be sold, installed or used in this State unless it conforms to such rules, regulations and standards as are from time to time adopted by the Board of Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Refrigeration Rules and approval by the commissioner under authority of R.S. 34:1-47. Amended by L. 1960,c.133,s.3; 1987,c.336,s.1.
