Text
If after issuance of execution against any person convicted of violating this article, sufficient goods and chattels be not found to satisfy the execution, the court shall commit the defendant to the common jail of the county where the conviction is had for a period not exceeding thirty days. Amended by L.1953, c. 33, p. 587, s. 23.
