34:7-16. In addition to the annual internal and external inspection, there may be an external inspection if found necessary of each vessel specified in subsection a. of R.S.34:7-14, which shall be made as nearly as may be at the expiration of 6 months from each annual inspection and for which the owner, lessee or operator shall pay to the Department of Labor a fee of $50. The fees established hereunder pursuant to the amendatory provisions of P.L.2003, c.117 shall be in effect for State fiscal years 2003-04 and 2004-05 and thereafter may be adjusted by the Commissioner of Labor in accordance with fee schedules adopted by regulation.
