Text

All proceedings brought for a violation of this article shall be brought in the name of the commissioner as plaintiff. Process shall be either a summons or warrant and shall issue only at the instance of the commissioner, or a member of the bureau of engineers' and firemen's licenses or an employee of the department. Amended by L.1953, c. 33, p. 586, s. 19.
