New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
2.Nothing contained in this act shall be construed to affect any applicable laws, rules or workplace policies concerning smoking or the use of other tobacco products during the course of employment. L.1991,c.207,s.2.
