§ 34:4A-15 — Fees
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
The commissioner shall charge operators a reasonable fee for conducting inspections, processing applications, and meeting all other responsibilities under this act. L.1975, c. 226, s. 15, eff. Oct. 15, 1975.
