Text
If any operator fails to comply with a lawful order issued by the commissioner pursuant to the provisions of this act, the commissioner may order the operator to cease operations for such time as the commissioner considers necessary for the protection of the safety of the public. L.1975, c. 226, s. 11, eff. Oct. 15, 1975.
