§ 34:4A-12 — Injunctions to compel compliance
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
The commissioner shall have the power to bring injunctive proceedings in any court of competent jurisdiction to compel compliance with any lawful order made by him pursuant to the provisions of this act. L.1975, c. 226, s. 12, eff. Oct. 15, 1975.
