§ 34:13B-26 — Injunctive relief; declaratory or other relief

New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law to the contrary: The commissioner, director or other chief administrative officer of any department or agency of the Government of the State of New Jersey through which the power and authority of the Governor in the use and operation of the plant, equipment or facility of any public utility is exercised pursuant to the provisions of section thirteen of chapter thirty-eight of the laws of one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, or the Attorney-General, may institute an action in the Superior Court in the name of this State, on the relation of said commissioner, director or other chief administrative officer, or Attorney-General, as the case may be, for injunctive relief to prohibit any violation of any of the provisions of this act, or of any
