Text

Any officer or agent of any public utility or labor union, or any person performing the duties of such officer or agent, who shall willfully violate, or aid and abet the violation of any of the provisions of this act, or attempt to do so, shall, for each such offense, be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). Each day's continuance of the violation shall constitute a separate offense. L.1947, c. 47, p. 164, s.
