26.Severability.
a.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, including as not in accordance with federal law or federal constitutional requirements, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the act which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application and to this end the provisions of this act are declared to be severable.
b.The provisions of this act, and the powers vested in the Gateway Development Commission, shall be liberally construed to give effect to the purposes of this act. L.2019, c.195, s.26.
