Text

22.Notwithstanding any other provision of law of New York or New Jersey, general, special, charter or local, each state and local government, any agency, instrumentality, department, commission or authority thereof, and any bi-state agency are hereby authorized and empowered to cooperate with, aid and assist the Commission in effectuating the provisions of this act, as it may be amended or supplemented hereafter.
