The Port of New York Authority is requested and authorized to make arrangements for and pay the cost of technical, consulting and other assistance to the commission and to make available to the commission any studies or pertinent data in the possession of the Authority relating to the purposes of this act. L.1952, c. 194, p. 695, s. 9; per s.4.5 of 1959, c.13 as amended by 1959, c.24, expired May 4, 1959.
