There is hereby appropriated and made available for the use of the Metropolitan Rapid Transit Commission a sum not to exceed $50,000.00, when included in an annual or supplemental appropriation act. L.1954, c. 44, p. 115, s. 8; per s.4.5 of 1959, c.13 as amended by 1959, c.24, expired May 4, 1959.
