Within the limit of appropriations therefor, the commission is authorized to establish offices at a location convenient to the members from both States, and to employ such administrative, technical, and clerical assistance as may be required, and to fix their compensation. L.1954, c. 44, p. 115, s. 4; per s.4.5 of 1959, c.13 as amended by 1959, c.24, expired May 4, 1959.
