The commission is directed to have printed a report or reports containing its recommendations and the reasons therefor and to draft or to have drafted bills for introduction in the Legislature to carry out its recommendations. It shall report its findings and recommendations to the Legislature and to the Governor on or before January fifteenth, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-three. L.1952, c. 194, p. 694, s. 4; per s.4.5 of 1959, c.13 as amended by 1959, c.24, expired May 4, 1959.
