Text
All railroads and railroad companies authorized to operate within this State shall provide the commission with such technical and operating data as the commission may require, within the limits of facilities available therefor. L.1952, c. 194, p. 695, s. 8; per s.4.5 of 1959, c.13 as amended by 1959, c.24, expired May 4, 1959.
