The commission is authorized to establish offices at a convenient location either within or without the State and to engage such competent and expert advisors, investigators, engineers, technical and clerical assistants as it may deem necessary to the accomplishment of the purpose of this act. Its agents, officers and employees may enter upon private and public property to make field surveys, measurements and tests. L.1952, c. 194, p. 694, s. 6; per s.4.5 of 1959, c.13 as amended by 1959, c.24, expired May 4, 1959.
