The port authority shall not be subject to the jurisdiction of any municipality, public authority, agency or commission of either or both of the two states in connection with the acquisition, development, financing, lease, sale, transfer or other disposition of buses, ancillary bus facilities or otherwise in connection with the purposes of this act. L.1979, c. 33, s. 11.
