Whenever the Port Authority is authorized by specific legislative enactment to acquire title to or any interest in any real property within this State by condemnation pursuant to the provisions of chapter one of Title 20, Eminent Domain, (s. 20:1-1 et seq.), the Port Authority and its agents may enter upon all such real property for the purpose of making a map showing the real estate to be acquired. Amended by L.1953, c. 31, p. 563, s. 4.
