5.The duties of the council shall include: a. Developing through the Central Nonprofit Agency a list of commodities and services which shall be set aside for purchase through approved rehabilitation facilities and establishing a fair market price for those commodities and services.
b.Recommending to the commissioner an agency to be designated as the Central Nonprofit Agency.
c.Encouraging the purchase of commodities and services of persons who are blind or who have a severe disability by political subdivisions of the State. L.1981, c.488, s.5; amended 1991, c.147, s.4; 2017, c.131, s.126.
