Text
The commission is empowered to make inquiries concerning the causes of blindness and the proportion of cases within the State which is preventable and is entitled to receive the cooperation of other State and local government agencies in making these inquiries. The commission shall publish an annual report, including, but not limited to, incidence and prevalence rates of blind and visually impaired persons in all areas of the State. Amended by L. 1986, c. 147, s. 2, eff. Nov. 13, 1986.
