1.The State's vending machine program for State properties shall be administered by the New Jersey Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired in the Department of Human Services. There is appropriated annually to the Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired the amount of revenue from the audits or other collection activities of the State's vending machine program. From these revenues, an annual amount shall be appropriated to provide vision screening services and other prevention services within the Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired based on available funding and program need, subject to the approval of the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting in the Department of the Treasury.
