Text
It is the policy of the State to assist blind persons, and organizations established to aid blind persons, in the sale of goods or articles which are the product of blind workers' labor by providing a means of authenticating the source of such goods and articles and by preventing misrepresentation as to items offered for sale as the product of blind persons. L.1964, c. 290, s. 1.
