§ 30:5B-8 — Fees
New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
The commissioner shall establish a minimum fee to be paid by each child care center at the time of application for a license and at every renewal of a license. L.1983, c. 492, s. 8.
