§ 30:5B-17 — Findings
New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
The Legislature finds that it is in the public interest to fund and develop a system for the voluntary registration of family day care providers to assure care, maintenance and supervision for children which will be beneficial to their health, safety, welfare and development. L. 1987, c. 27, s. 2.
