14. a. The Director of the Division of Family Development in the Department of Human Services, a designee of the Commissioner of Children and Families, and the Director of the Division on Women in the Department of Children and Families shall establish a Child Care Advisory Council which shall consist of at least 15 individuals who have experience, training, or other interests in child care issues. To the extent possible, the directors shall designate members of existing councils or task forces heretofore established on child care in New Jersey as the advisory council. b. The advisory council may accept from any governmental department or agency, public or private body, or any other source grants or contributions to be used in carrying out its responsibilities under P.L.1983, c.492 (C.30:5B-1 et seq.).
