§ 30:5B-30 — Findings, declarations on child care services

New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
1.The Legislature finds and declares that it is in the public interest to develop comprehensive child care policies in order to establish a uniform system of subsidized child care services and to secure the maximum funding available under federal law authorizing grants to the states for child care services. L.1993,c.46,s.1.
