15.
a.Funding to carry out the expansion of eligibility in the Medicaid program as provided in this act shall include monies made available to the State from pharmaceutical manufacturers who agree to provide rebates to the State in the Work First New Jersey General Assistance program pursuant to section 14 of P.L.2005, c.156 (C.44:8-159). Amounts received as rebates under rebate agreements entered into pursuant to that section are appropriated to the Department of Human Services for the support of the Medicaid expansion.
b.Any unexpended balances for the NJ FamilyCare Program shall be appropriated to carry out the purposes of this act. Any transfer of NJ FamilyCare appropriations to other accounts shall be subject to the approval of the Joint Budget Oversight Committee. L.2005,c.156,s.15
