6.Whenever the terms "Children's Health Care Coverage Program," "NJ KidCare," "FamilyCare Health Coverage Program" or "NJ FamilyCare" occur or any reference is made thereto in any law, contract or document, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the NJ FamilyCare Program established pursuant to P.L.2005, c.156 (C.30:4J-8 et al.). L.2005,c.156,s.6.
