The State Parole Board in the Department of Institutions and Agencies, together with all of its functions, powers and duties, is continued but such board is hereby transferred to the Department of Corrections established hereunder. All personnel, appropriations, books, papers, records and property necessary to the operation of the existing State Parole Board are likewise transferred. All rules, regulations, acts, determinations and decisions in force at the time of such transfer proceedings or other such matters undertaken or commenced by the State Parole Board shall continue in force. L.1976, c. 98, s. 22, eff. Nov. 1, 1976.
