Text
There is hereby established in the Executive Branch of the State Government a principal department which shall be known as the Department of Corrections. As used in this act, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, "department" means the Department of Corrections. L.1976, c. 98, s. 2, eff. Nov. 1, 1976.
