§ 30:1B-1 — Short title

New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES

This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Department of Corrections Act of 1976." L.1976, c. 98, s. 1, eff. Nov. 1, 1976.
