§ 2C:40-15 — Violations; petty disorderly persons offense

New Jersey·Title 2C THE NEW JERSEY CODE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Any person who sells, offers for sale or uses any portable kerosene-burning heating device in violation of the provisions of this act is guilty of a petty disorderly persons offense. Each sale of a heater in violation of this act constitutes a separate offense. L.1983, c. 438, s. 10.
