§ 2C:40-12 — Carbon monoxide limitations
New Jersey·Title 2C THE NEW JERSEY CODE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE
No portable, oil-burning heating device which, when operated according to the instructions that must accompany the heater as required by section 4 of this act, produces carbon monoxide at a rate that creates a hazard shall be sold, offered for sale, or used in this State. L.1983, c. 438, s. 7.
