§ 2A:37-7 — Expenses of proceedings; payment
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
The state treasurer shall make a statement of the expenses of conducting the proceedings taken under this article and, when approved by the director of the division of budget and accounting, shall pay the same. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
