Text

Upon the return of the writ of seizure the attorney general shall cause the record and proceedings to be exemplified under the seal of the court and deposit the exemplification in the office of the secretary of state. The state treasurer shall thereupon cause the affected real estate to be sold at a public sale. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
