§ 2A:32C-15 — Sovereign immunity preserved.
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
15.This act shall not be construed as waiving the sovereign immunity of the State and its officers and employees as otherwise provided by law. L.2007, c.265, s.15.
