§ 2A:32C-12 — Evidence required for action, preponderance.

New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
12.In any action brought under this act, the State or the person bringing the action shall be required to prove all essential elements of the cause of action, including damages, by a preponderance of the evidence. L.2007, c.265, s.12.
