§ 2A:26-7 — Bond
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
A plaintiff in attachment may be required to give bond to the defendant in such amount as the court shall fix or the court, in its discretion, may dispense with the giving of such bond. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
