§ 2A:26-14 — Effect of sales of personalty
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Every sale of the attached personal property made under this chapter or under an order of the court shall be as valid and effectual in law as if made by defendant at the time when the attachment became a lien thereon. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
